Default MAF Code? Clocking Maf?

well ive got a code 56(maf voltage too high) so i decided to try to clock my mass air meter(73mm c&l) but didnt have any real luck. its at .79 volts at idle and i couldnt get it to go any lower(cars running wayy too rich)

could my mass air sensor be shot? its the stock sensor just in the 73mm c&l
