You can reuse your power outer tie rod ends with the manual rack, at least I was able to. Just measure it out and make sure that you've got good thread engagement since some TRE's are shorter than others. I ended up having almost 1 1/2" of engagement in both ends. The rag joint can be ordered from any Ford dealership. It runs about $39. Email me at jchambers@kellnet.com and I'll dig up the actual part number tonight when I get home. All told, I only have about $150 in my manual setup...a bunch cheaper than the Flaming River setup!
