![]() Hi: Just joined today! Last month I bought a 02 laser red coupe with 3.8 and manual trans. More often than not, the engine is very slow to spin down as I go up through the gears. I am going to tear the clutch out of this thing in no time if I can't match RPMs better. Dealer says: "this is normal, they all do it, it is an emissions thing." Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a service bullletin? I was thinking about putting a voltmeter on the air valve to monitor it while driving to see if it is getting weird signals or if it is not responding to correct signals. All help is appreciated. --Tom Higgins
