headers, Xipes and mass air kits

i have a 96 cobra and i wanted to know, where i could find these things what the best brands and how much hp should i expect for them:

Pro M 77 Mass Air Kit
xpipes wit cats( is this street legal)
long tube headers

Check the internet site, the prices vary widely for the same items. I've been using Brothers performance, they are in CAL. and on the web. I picked up a used X pipe from them for about 70 bucks less than new. You could,t even tell it had been used. Just hunt around a little and get the best bargain. As far as HP gain don't look for alot of HP gain from those items. The catted pipe is legal but that and the long tubes will give you about 10 - 20 Hp and the MAF will help some also. The bolt ons just don't deliver the HP their adds claim. They all help but every car and application is different!
