Mass Air Sensor

How do I clean my Mass Air Sensor. I have a 91 Gt. I read somewhere that someone was running 15secs in the 1/4 and then after they were running low 14secs. ANy suggestions

you can clean it with regular intake cleaner...i've been told to make sure its not a carb cleaner though.
