Default 2 Part Question

1) When did Ford put the IRS in the Cobra?

2) Before IRS was the Cobra exhaust the same as on a 95 GT or did it flow better? It sounds a little throatier than stock GT exhaust. Is that just due to the few extra HP?

IRS went into the Cobra in 1999. Not sure about the flow #s.
