max cam lift with stock E7 heads?
What is the biggest lift they can handle with 1.6's or 1.7's, I know I'll have get new springs probly but anybody know the limit?

I think the max lift with 1.6's is .540" lift, I wouldn't recommend over .530" lift. Deduct .030 for 1.7's. It's not just the lift that will get you you need to be careful with duration.
