Exclamation Moser Axles Snapped In Two! Brand New!

FYI: If you bought Moser axles lately call them and make sure yours were heat-treated. My new 33 splines snapped in half on the first launch. They said the heat treater failed on either 52 axles or 52 sets of axles. They replaced them for free, but I had to pay for the new axles then they refunded my money when the bad axles were returned. They worked very fast to get me the good axles and did not hesitate to help.

The bad thing is all of the money it cost me to travel to Norwalk FFW True Street to break the new axles on the first launch. I purchased my axles the first of June.

Spread the word....

Sorry to hear about your troubles, but at least Moser is handling the situation appropriately.
