Post Muffler question

I was thinking of getting Summit Racings welded racing mufflers. Has anyone heared what these sound like? Are they a good deal because they are only $38.00 a piece.

My friend bought a Summit catback for his 89LX. And it was total @ss! Nothing fit right and the quality was crap. I don't know what kind of mufflers they had in the kit but they were Summit.. and they sounded like Dynomax Super Turbos.

Those are not the welded mufflers. The welded mufflers do not seem to come in a cat back system.

If you are buying just mufflers, I don't think that you can really go wrong with fit, so that shouldn't be a problem. As long as the mufflers are put together well, you won't have any problems, but you'll have to find a way to fit them in your exh. yourself.
