Mustang Street Rod

Hey guys, I have started throwing the idea around of building a Fox Body street rod stang. Here is my idea so far; first i want the car to be an 87-93 notchback stang. I want to drop the car then i want to chop the top a little bit, and then take the doors and shave the door handles aand the factory hinges and latches, and make them open lamborghini style. Then cut out the factory seat supports and lower the seats down in the car a little bit( I saw that iin a Mustangs Plus book in a 66 coupe), Make the interior all white with wooden accents. Throw in a new 6 speed tranny with a Hurst Chrome T shift Handle. Run it with a cobra R or a cowl hood, and a rear spoiler of some sort. Then for the engine, I would want to run a 427 (already got one) with a weber carb intake setup, polished carb stacks, with all chrome hoses. Put some 427 medium riser heads on it, steel crank and forged pistons, roller rockers and cam. Then i want to set all the wiring up but put a panel over all the stuff in the engine compartment to clean it up, so no wiring shows, Then all chrome hood props, latches, radiator brackets, etc.... Then i would run chrome Cobra style side pipes, with chrome cobra wheels, 13in baer brakes, eibach pro kit suspension. I also want to customize the tailights, i want totake out the actual tailights and weld in a new rear section so it is all metal and one piece, so when you hit the brakes the word MUSTANG lights upread, instead of brake lights. Then have little ponies on the side as my back-up lights. Then do sort of a concept stang fold out license plate holder in the back, All tinted windows, and voila, too much money later, and i have it. What do u guys think? I am drawing the concept right now and i will post some pics if you would like. THANKS GUYS! LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK.

when you post a reply, look under the text box that you type in, you will find the words [attach file:]. Click [browse] and locate the picture file on your computer, click [ok] and submit the reply.
