Need advice on T. Convertor
I've recently picked up a very nice 90 LX Conv. I've done minor mods. Shorty header, off-road pipe, 3 chamber flows, cold air, Ported stock heads, 1.7 rollers, pulleys,3:55 gears. Now is time for convertor (I've got to keep the auto and like the overdrive part of AOD) but I don't know whick to go with, Lock-up or non-lockup. I hate how the thing goes into lock up in 3rd and 4th immediately, but like the gas milage. Anybody have some history with these things. Any help would be appreciated.
