NEED HELP ???
 

WHAT IS THE BEST SINTHETIC OIL FOR A 91 5.0 AND WHAT BRAND TRANNY FLUID DO YOU ALL RECOMEND FOR MY STOCK TRANNY?

Personally I run a non synthetic kendyall 10w30 in my engines and mobil 1 dextron III in my tranny.

I am assuming you have a T5 5 speed.?

I like the Amsoil 10-40 synthetic. Why not run a synthetic, better protection and additional power too! I am running Amsoil in the tranny also. You will get a lot of different suggestions on which is the best and I cannot give you the answer but I am happy with the Amsoil.

91 Coupe with fresh rebuild. Running Stage 2 Avenger heads (51cc chambers), Stage 2 cam (.549, .566)1.7 Crane Gold Race rockers, Port matched GT-40 upper & lower, 75mm MAF, 65 mm TB, MSD 6AL, Long Tubes through off road and Dynomax muffs. Stock T-5 and 3.73 gears. Big Blue Bottle on it's way!!!
Best time so far = 60'=2.021, 1/8=8.366 at 86.37 mph and the 1/4 was 12.926 at 108.44 mph.
