Need help with Diagnosing Engine

My car has a stuttering problem at around 1300-1600 rpm. It's been there through 3 carbs and two different intakes. I am running a 600 cfm edelbrock with performer rpm intake. All the spark plugs looked clean and the resistance on all of my wires was within spec. I have no idea of where to go now. Could it be the dizzy? What should I look for? Maybe the vacuum advance is doing something funny? I've got no idea where to go next. Any ideas would be great.

I'm running a pertronix ignition with FlameThrower coil. I did recheck the gap between the pick up and that was good (.016 for magnetic pickup).

I might as well mention all the things I've done so far:

compression test: 150-160 psi across all cylinders (engine not broken in yet)

vacuum test: 15" at idle, not sure what else to post here

exhaust leak: I just patched it yesterday and I'm still getting the stutter

engine stats: 302 engine specs, 9.5:1 compression, compXE 262 Hydraulic, stock exhaust, T-5 Tranny, fully balanced. Current intake and carb combo are a one week old Performer RPM with a just as new 600 cfm Edelbrock Carb. Plugs are clean, every single one of them. No EGR, and my initial timing is set to 10 degrees BTC
