Question Need Help Headlight/Foglight Problem

Ok guys, I'm out of ideas and can really use some help. I have a 95 GT and the headlight started acting up. One would be dim or or not function unless you hit it or jiggled it. Found it had a badly corroded socket so replaced it but didnt reallys solve the problem. Here are a few of the symptoms and what I've done so far. Any help would be appreciated. By the way do the GT have a light relay? It act almost like a bad relay. If it does have one where is it at?

Symptoms:

-Both headlight are now operationg but but one is brighter than the other.
-When switching to high beams the one that was dim gets bright and the bright one get dim.
-High beam indicator glows dim on low beams
-Fog lights stay on on both high and low beams; can only be turned off with the foglight switch

Have tried:
-Replacing thurn signal/high beam switch
-replacing headlight switch
-running external grounds to various locations/switches
-replacing bulbls

Help!
