Talking wheel base clearence

i was wondering if anyone knows if i will have any problems throwing 16 by 8 rims out back and 16 by 7 1/2 rims up front of my 87 gt and also what would be the best tire size to go with and what manufactuer since i have never bout tires b4. thanx

Go with 16x8 rims from ROH, and 245's with either 45-series or 50-series tires. I once had bot of these combos on my car.
