Default Need tall valve covers + breather tube

My vacuum tree underneath the upper intake manifold has punched a hole in my FMS tall valve cover. Great.
I would consider welding it, but it is aluminum and I need a tall breather fitting anyway b/c oil is finding its way out through the flush-mount breather.
So, considering the cost to get it welded up with a new breather tube, I am looking for a new set of tall valve covers with a tall breather tube installed.
I have looked on summit, 50 resto, and a couple of other sites and none of them have these pre-made.
Anybody know where I can find a set?
Preferably polished, but not required.
Thanks.
