New best
I went tonight for picture of the wheels up, I accidentally ran a
12.404 @ 108.18 12.42 @ 107 12.43 @ 107.79 This is only a tad better than the 12.50, but it is better. I wish I had my bottle filled. I pulled tires evey pass. I went out in the fourth round missing 2nd. That sucked.

Man your flying. Im hoping to be going 12.40's when the track opens back up here. You seem to know how to get the most out of your car and definately know your suspension so i would appreciate your input on a few questions.
I went a 13.03 @103.2 with a 1.77 on street slicks with unported gt-40 irons, stock rockers, stock maf sensor. My next pass when the track opens i will have AFR 165's 58cc (already installed), 76mm maf(on the way), 1.6 rollers (installed), and a flaming river rack( on the way). I figure i will pick up almost a tenth in weight alone between the heads and power steering removal. The rest of my setup is in my sig. What do you think this set up is capable of? I also wanted to get advice on suspension. Im much faster on the track then the street cause i can hook on the street at all. Ill spin through high gear. I have a c-4 3500 stall and 373's so it is very torquey with the unported cobra intake. Right now i have subframe connectors, SSm lift bars, strut tower brace and k frame brace (all of which were on the car when i bought it). I was thinking about FMS dragsprings with air bag, uppers (which ones), lakewood 70/30 50/50. This is my daily driver so i dont want to make it handle terrible on off ramps and such. This is why i opted for the 70/30 vs. 90/10. Im also lightening up the front end as much as possible. Ive put aluminum heads on it, fiberglass hood with no hinges, no ac, no air pump, the flaming river rack soon, moving battery to hatch. Will I hook on the street with some quick times and this suspension? And will my 275/60/15's clear with rolled lips? Any suggestions are appreciated. thanks for the help

Every thing you have in mind is good. Uppers, as long as they are adjustable. The k-member brace and shock tower brace are not for a drag strip. You should build a good rear end if you want more 60ft, not that it will help the 60ft, but it will live. You are on the right track as far as better ETs.

Yes you will hook with the QTPs, I run 275/60/15 with no clearance problems.

Thanks for the replies. Im gonna go ahead and start on my suspension work and try to get it done by the time the track opens in a few weeks and then hope for some low 12 second passes.
Thanks for the help
