Unhappy continued guage problems

First off, I want to thank all of you on your support on my various problems...Now on to the problem. My gauges STILL don't work!...I have replaced fuses..The voltage converter on back of the dash..I made sure the ground wire is touching the instrument console for a good ground..Could it be my instrument fuse is not making a good contact? or for some reason my wiring harness is not seated properly when I plug it up?..also now my winshield wipers don't work..could that be the problem? Help am lost in the sauce! P.S. I have a 68' coupe 289, if that helps?.

All I could recommend is to follow all of your to make sure you dont have any loose connections or bad senders. It would be a good idea to take your connectors and brush them with a wire brush and use some dielectric grease on any harness hookups. check the fure box for anything that dosn't look right either, you may have knocked the windsheild wiper wire loose. Hope I could help.

Is the IVR ok??? That is the first thing I would check, since none of the gauges work.

That's the instrument voltage regulator. I just replaced mine on my '66. About $20-25 and fairly easy.
