Thumbs up The new dyno #'s are in for my TFS combo!

I just got back and made 2 pulls. Let me first say I am very happy and I made more than I anticipated! I made 304rwhp and 339 ft/lbs on the 2nd pull. The first pull was 299rwhp and 329ft/lbs, but the car was hot. The 2nd pull was done after a 45min col down w/ a big fan blowing on it. There were no tuning changes done, basically my tune was just about perfect. I ran 18* timing and 38psi FP.

Another thing that makes me happy is the tq curve. It makes 300+ ft/lbs from 3100rpm to 5300rpm. HP stays 300 from 4900rpm to 5700rpm (where the pull was ended).

The a/f on the 299hp run was around 13.5 and a little higher in the mid range. On the 304hp pull it was 13.1-13.5. I guess this must prove that running cooler makes the car a little richer.

Fwiw, these pulls were done in HOT 90 heat w/ lots of humidity. I was talking to a kid there and his car has the same set up only he has a cobra intake w/ a 1" spacer and mac LT's/prochamber. He made 310rwhp and 350 ft/lbs.

Now that I see the car is making the #'s, its time for me to get the #'s out of the car. The car weighs 3250-3300(depending how much gas I run), so I see no reason why I shouldn't run 108-109. I hope my control arms i'm getting help me out. From what i've seen, the better the 60' (to a point), the better the mph.

I am very happy w/ the dyno #'s from my TFS combo, now its time to start applying it to the ground!

I'll try and take a digital pic of the graphs and post the link if anyone wants. Fyi, it made about 25 more hp/tq from my last dyno runs w/ the backwards fuel filter and stock pulleys.

Mike
