Question v6 engine problem

my girlfriend has 97 mustang with a 3.8 v6 and automatic. the car has a shudder in it when it idles down. it occurs between 1100 and 1000 rpm. it also does when your driving at a steady speed and you barely give it throttle. You can feel a shake in the engine and it comes and goes. if anyone has any ideas what it could be i would sure appreciate your time .
thanks
eric

oh by the way what is the throttle position sensor voltage suppose to be at idle
