Question new front end

all right guys. i need help. i own a 1983 glx mustang 5.o convertible. it has a front end that i don't like. i'm not sure what year it is but it looks like it was a replacement. it has four lights in the front and is kind of pointy. i want to switch it to a GT front end with the lower fog lights. where can i order one, how much will it cost, and is there anything else i need to replace to make it fit? a friend said something about having to change the hood. true? any help will be appreciated. thanx.
