New Heads up class for all Ford vehicles
A very good idea was brought to me by one of our current Sponsors (Pro Power) AND I REALLY LIKE THE IDEA. Therefore we are going to add one more class.
We are adding one more class to the Modular Shootout. The rules are rather simple. Heads up class. Class is called "REAL MUSCLE" Run what you brung. Entry fee is only $10 over what a one day pit pass cost. Entry cost is only $25 to register. 2 POWER ADDERS are allowed, no restrictions on power adders, intercoolers, type of engine, weight, tires, exhaust, engine or anything!!!! Any Ford powered car may enter this class. It's a great way for everyone that really doesnt fit into a class to be involved. Many racers don't like the bracket classes, and this is a tremendous cost effective class to enter. Many people dont like bracket racing, many people don't care about winning, many people want a cheap registration fee. We're looking for a sponsor for the class. It wont be a tremendous payout, but we'll see what we can do for prices. We'll have all kind of prices for all kind of different performance rewards of different types of cars. Jake Lamotta is bringing his portable chassis dyno to the Mod Motor Shootout. He's also giving some really good rates if you get there early. 2 dyno runs for $50, this is a really good rate. Jake will also have his INCON Twin Turbo Modular powered car on the property. We will also be announcing a very important announcement about the All Ford MGW car show on Monday. For all the details on the event go to www.modularshootout.com The new class details will be up this Sunday on the webiste. Don't forget you save big money and a free DVD or VHS 2002 highlight video by preregistering online Dave King Mod Shootout Promoter http://www.modularshootout.com June 29th and 30th Cecil County Raceway Rising Sun Maryland
