Default new motor option

i had a 302 offered to me for what i consider a fair price. brand new motorsport block, i believe its a stock rotating assembly, x cam, and ported out roush heads, i think they are the windsor jrs. anyway my concern is the cylinder heads. has anyone out there run them and been happy with them. i really want to buy this motor, but the heads are a concern. i also am questioning how much improvement this will really be over my stock 302 currently in the car with ported e7's, and E cam. thanks guys.
