Cool new motor runs goood

got new motor and i thinks its going to fly i took it down the road and 1st gear it blows the et streets away it spins most of the way in 2nd and about 40 feet in 3rd the timing is not set or the tps so i think its going to move when i get it tuned
by the way new motor is a 306 stg2 canfield heads ultra dyne cam .565 288 holley intanks stg 2 ported 30 pound inj 1 5/8 long tubes and 1.7 crane rockers

Sounds like you'll be happy with all that new power. I can't believe you have Stage 2 ported Holley intakes as they flow ungodly numbers already, what do the heads flow? I was talking to Ron at Foxlake about porting mine and he said for the most part they will fully port the lower but leave the upper alone since it flows so big already, those things must move a lot of air for you. Do you know the flow numbers on the intakes also, did they have to cut it in half, port and re-weld it?

the intanks r not all cut up they just clean them up real good did not get the intanks flowed but the heads flowed little over 300 and 231 it runs great but i think i broke the upper control arm where it bolts on the body
