Post New O2 Sensors: Which to buy?

Hi,
Ok, my car pretty much has all the symptoms related to bad O2 sensor: surging idle (has died a few times when started up, but idles fine once started again), frequent "Check Engine" light, and it's hard to notice now but I think I'm getting bad mileage.

I've tried adjusting TPS and put in a K&N cone setup w/ RAM-AIR (not that I was expecting K&N to solve things).

Anywho, I'm looking forward to buying new O2 sensors this spring/summer, and I want to know what brand/model I should buy, and how much it will cost me per sensor. Also, I'm planning to install the sensors my self, and I want to know what I should consider before changing them myself.

My car: 1989 5.0L LX, cat-back exhaust (Prolly Flowmaster or Mac), 3.55 gears, and modified cam (not sure on cam details). It also has about 96,500KM (60,300 miles).

Thanks!
Bye!
