I'll agree. Work on getting the car out of the hole as quick as possible, but without spinning the tires. Sounds easy doesn't it? Unfortunately its not unless you slap some slicks on it. It'll take some practice at finessing the right amount of throttle and clutch but it is possible. Everything you can knock off the 60' will be nearly doubled at the big end. Also work on getting >>really quick<< shifts. Good, quick, clean powershifting can be worth several tenths in the quarter.
