Here's the LOOOONG story! Keep in mind that I've been awake for 41 hours now!!! Really!

Planned on racing today for 2 weeks now. I was on duty at the fire station yesterday, planned on a good nights sleep, get out early to the drag strip. WRONG.

Neighboring community called us for help (my station, go figure!) at 12:15 AM, vacant house, exterior attack, blah blah blah, short version, I get back to my station at 6:30 AM!!! I get off work at 7:00 AM, run home jump through the shower (only my left side actually got wet. The right side got the soap! LOL) Not gonna let this get me down, WE GOIN RACIN TODAY!!

DRIVE my car for an hour and a half to the track, let some air out of the rear tires, NOTHING else. Guess what this hunk-o-shyt of mine decide to do???? On her BEST pass, I had to lift at about 1200 foot because of some valvetrain noise (figured it out later, no big deal). So, 1200' on the throttle, and this is all I get?

Can you smell that? That's a naturally aspirated TEN you're smelling. hehehehehehe

Then I drove her pretty red ass home for another hour and a half!!!

Gonna have to change my name to "10SecN/Asmallblock", or here's one I like even better!

"RAT POISON" hehehehe.

Sorry for the rant, but like I said, cuz of the fire and all I've been awake WAAAAAAY too long. But that car absolutely RIPPPED today! And for the record, F bodies SUCK.
