K member and A arms are basically the foundation of your front suspension. The K member is that big, heavy block of iron that runs under your oil pan and the A arms are connected to it, the A arms are what hold the bottom of your front springs. The K is a big heavy piece that can be replaced with a stronger lighter piece which can also allow you more access to the bottom of your engine, ie the oil pan.
As far as MAF sensors, the C&L 76mm sounds like a great piece, I just ordered mine last week, and you can get it calibrated to any size injectors you plan to go with. It's only $229 shipped to your door, that's with the meter and the tube from the meter to the tb, so it's a good price too. As far as control arms, I have the Factory 5's and have had no problem but there are dozens of brands and types, adjustable and non-adjustable, on the market that are very good too. The adjustable ones are nice because you can have more comfort on the street and dial 'em in for the track when you go there. Same for the shocks and struts, KYB, Koni and many others have basic setups or specific rates or adjustable settings. Depends on what you want. Figure that out and start doing searches on the boards and you'll get more than enough information to make the right decision for yourself. Good luck!
