Default spun bearing

I just pulled the motor out and found the problem. Spun the rod bearing to piston #1. I will attach a pic shortly. It was bad. There was discoloration (black) on the #2 rod bearing. All of the other rod bearings color was fine except for a little wear, however it wasnt smooth wear. Motor has about 5000 miles. Havent pulled the crank bearings yet. Plan on pulling the crank out and checked. Having the rods rebuilt. Question, I already have ARP rod bolts, with only 5000 miles, can I reuse them? Im going to pull the motor completely down and clean everything. The block was O-ringed. I have never done those. How do you go about re-installing? Need a special/particular headgasket? BTW, the motor was built by my machinest. The cam was degree'd in. Can i just mark the timing chain, cam and crank and re-install or do i need to re-degree?
