Post Nitto tire size, wheel size, etc.

What is the largest size Nitto drag radials I can run on my 90 LX? 235, 245, or ??? I still have the quad shocks and plan to keep them. And do you guys soak these in the water at the track or drive around?

Also, where can I find some cheap steel wheels to mount the Nittos on for drag racing? Should I get 15", 16" or what? I was thinking 15" would help me out with bottom end torque even though that won't be much of a problem after 3.73 gears are installed.

Thanks.
