I have tried every number on lentech's web page and cant get through. They dont have an email address either.

The order line is 1-877-536-8324 and the Tech line is 1-613-838-5390. Len does have an email address, but he doesn't claim to be very computer savvy so your best bet is to keep trying the tech line. They'll take the time to talk with every customer who calls, so you might have to fight the busy signals. Its worth the wait though; Len, Ross, Chris and the rest of the staff are top-notch in AOD technologies.
