No Emissions

I am dumping the Air Pump and all related parts(egr valve, etc) and have a few questions. First, what are all the holes you have to plug. I got the two in the back of the heads, the one in the h-pipe, and im gonna do the exhaust port that runs up the middle of the upper and lower intake. Any others that im not aware of?

And also, anyone know the right belt length for no Air Pump?

why are you dumping the air pump? trying to free up power? that thing takes NO power to run, but w/o it, your cats will clog in notime.

getting rid of cause im putting in an off-road h, and don't need it

ok, just making sure, there have been people before who were trying to gain power by dropping the smog pump. ya, i don't really know about removing it, what i tell you will probably just be wrong http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/smile.gif

I am researching the exact same thing right now. It takes a 84.5" belt and bit different routing with stock pullies: http://fordmuscle.com/archives/2000/...ps/index.shtml
Anyone else have any info? I'm doing it for pretty much the same reason plus it will tidy up my clogged engine bay a bit.
