Odds-N-Ends Questions

Is a harmonic balancer and a crankshaft dampener the same thing?

What is the purpose of solid motor mounts?

What is the purpose of solid transmission mounts?

What is the difference between nitrous kits that are wet, and ones that are dry? What does "wet" and "dry" mean?

Yes the "Crankshaft Damper" and "Harmonic Balancer" are the same.

Solid Motor Mounts - Just hold the motor "stronger", they dont allow for flex and this transfers more torque into the driveline to the back wheels.

Tranny Mount - Same principal as above.

A "Wet" kit sprays additional fuel into the intake when ingaged.

A "Dry" kit sprays only Nitrious into the intake, this increases the fuel pressure and the injectors are made to make up for the fuel starvation.

If this seems wrong to anyone, respond. I'm no expert, I will be the first to tell ya that.
