Default Off road pipe vs. Catalitic Pipe

I want to buy a pipe with no catalitic converters and switch between the pipe w/cats and the pipe with no cats. I would put the pipe on with cats for smog purposes, and keep the off road pipe on at all other times. Will this throw off my computer to the point that I have to get it recalibrated every time I switch? Thanks!
