Angry Water In The Oil

OK, I have put a PD 9LB blower on my 89 5.0 along with a X-Cam. I have replaced the lower intake gasket 3 times Water Pump Gasket, Head Gaskets and have even gone as far as to try a different set of head (factory) and still cannot get the water to stop any one have any ideas. It seems to be fine but as soon as it heats up the normal temp is starts to blow in.

Have you checked to see if your EGR spacer is leaking? I just know that coolant runs through the spacer. Just my $.02
