I'm not sure I understand... your sig says 24# injectors. Are you running 19# or 24# injectors? What's the MAS calibrated for? Are you still running the stock fuel pump? If you're still running the stock pump, you may be pushing it's limits.
If you're running 24# injectors and your MAS is cal'd for them, I'd set the fuel pressure about 35 PSI with no vacuum. If you're running 19# injectors and your MAS is cal'd for them, I'd start at 49 PSI. I'd set your base timing at 15*, back it off if you ping. The way I set my idle, which isn't the way a lot of people do, is to disconnect the IAB, put a .025 feeler guage between the idle screw and the throttle, start the engine, adjust the screw for about 750 RPM, turn off the engine, remove the feeler guage, hook up the IAB, disconnect the battery for 15 minutes, hook it back up, set the TPS to .9 volts, and start the engine. The Probst book, page 254, has the whole adjustment step by step, but my way has worked for me.
