Post Once again.......what about this setup

Ok, here is the setup that I've been thinking about (I am completely open to any suggestions). This is going to be a street driven daily driver, but I (like everyone) want power and I'm willing to make some sacrifices:
AFR 165
F303 cam (or E303, its a street car, what'd you think?)
24lb injectors (that ok, or should it be 30?)
190liter/hr fuel pump (or 155?)
fuel rails (are the stockers ok?)
1.6 roller rockers (1.7? I don't know)
pushrods and lifters (suggestions?)
fuel pressure regulator
MAC shorties 1 5/8
MAC High flow cat h-pipe (keep in mind I have emmisions testing)
MAC cat back
Trick Flow Track Heat intake (either that or cobra or edelbrock)
appropriate EGR spacer for above
65mm throttle body (or should it be 70?)
vortech 73mm MAF sensor

Did I forget anything? And I'm always open to suggestions!

Man, I really wish I could offer you advice based on experience... I just didn't want you to think people were ignoring you. I wish you luck on your combo. From what I can see it looks like a good streetable one. I think the 190lph fuel pump would be a bit much unless you're going to add a Blower down the line. 155lph would probably be enough. Don't take my word for this man, get a second and third opinion. Stock fuel rails are probably ok. A friend of mine said 1.6 rockers are better in the longrun, again, I can't speak from experience. Yet anyways. 24lb injectors should be good in my opinion also. E303 cam should be a good streetable cam since your combo doesn't look very radical. This is just based on hearsay bro. Please make sure to get a couple of other opinions. If noone else here responds, perhaps you can consult a reputable engine builder in your town. Goodluck.

Well the F cam is good on the street, but it won't pass emissions easily. The E cam is a nice choice and makes good power, but in all honesty, you should consider a custom ground cam, unless you want an off-the-shelf grind. Run 24lb injectors as a minimum, and make sure you have the 190lph pump. Why skimp now?

I wouldn't run the TFS intake with AFR heads, I heard they don't line up well (someone correct me if I'm wrong). Go with an Edelbrock Performer and you'd be fine. The rest of your combo looks good.

Everything looks good except for the cam. I would go with something different. I just got the Crane Compucam 2031 and hear it's suppose to be a great street cam with the split duration. You should check around and see what people are running with those heads and check into that cam. Just my $.02

Well, given what you two said, I need to find a different cam, custom ground sounds fun! How much is a custom cam? Where can I get one? Do I just give them all this info?

I have the 2031 and I love it. It sounds great at idle, but not too rough. It's a b1tch to tune with the 95 eec, but it's a good cam. I've heard many more compliments about that cam compared with the E cam, especially about the driveability/idle characteristics.

I would go with a 76mm C&L rather then the 73mm Vortech which is a C&L. Check out the Comp Cams XE grinds, they have awesome ramprates and will make great power. Call their tech service and give them your combo they are very good or call Rick Anderson and ask about one of his cams, thats were I went for my custom cam, I have a modified grind of the N-61.

Thanks a lot! I'll go with the above setup, but 76mm C&L mass air, edelbrock performer, and a comp cam.

Comp has some good grinds to choose from, also check out Crane and Lunati. There are some other manufacturers too, but those are some of the bigger names. I'm running an F cam in my car, its a great cam and loves to be revved up, its make good down low, but to each his own. Once you get it let us know how it all feels..

Looks like a pretty good setup from what I've read, and I agree that you should go for 1.6 rockers,'cause they'll let you run more cam and put less strees on the rest of the valvetrain. Wish I could be of more help too, but Im not really diving into my own project till this summer when I get some $$$ again .
