Default One more cam question

almost figured this out...now...

what gains (on average) are expected with a MILD cam swap in a MILD engine? by mild I mean around below .500 lift and the setup p&p E7's with all the bolt ons, gears, exhaust. 95GT auto

Mild cam vs stock cam on ported E7's? Maybe 15hp.
