Opinions on engine set-up

I need some opinions. I have a stock 1990 lx hatch 5.0. I am starting to put a lot of money into it and wanted to know what your opinions are on the things im going to get:

-Holley System Max Kit (system max II heads, 276/280 roller cam, Intake manifold, Roller timing chain, Push rods, Arp cylinder head bolts)
-Ford Racing 30 lb/hr injectors w/ 70mm mass air meter
-Holley 70/75? mm throttle body w/egr spacers
-Ford racing Roller rockers (1.6:1)
-Richmond 3.73 rear end
-Tremec transmission 5spd. ( which one?)
-Centerforce dual friction clutch
-Longtube headers (what brand/size is best)
-Off-road x-pipe(best brand/size?)
