Question which optima battery?

Its time to replace my battery in a 86 GT 302 engine. Which optima battery will fit the stock battery box? Yellow/Red. Its a tight squeeze now. A place in town here just told me that a #3478 Red Top will fit. I've also got a 1/2 ton Chevy truck and they said the same number fits the truck also. As you know its a tight squeeze in the 86.

I put the red in my 97,,, and a buddy has one in his 90Gt. If you have a big stereo and listen to the radio with the motor off key on then you may want to consider the yellow top, sinc eits a deep cycle battery.

Not sure about the fit in the stock location, but it would be a good oppotunity to move it to the trunk if it doesn't.. Red top.

I have the red, works great, cuz i have a stock alt. and ud pullies, and need all the cranking power i can get.
The optimas are smaller, fit in my engine compartment nice, but i moved it to the trunk finally.
