Post how high can i rev the roller motor safely???

with my current combo and mt ported heads and intake along with my cam and tb i should still be making good power above 6250..if i get a rev extender or some kinda pms or chip to eliminate the stock rev controler(i will control rpm limit by spark via accel box) what can i bring my car up to..my buddy said with his carbed roller motor the guy said 7k is not a problem..also is not comp cams comming out with newer heavy duty lifters for higher rpms????i will not think to rev my car higher than stock cpu will alow until a dyno says i need to but im just asking right now..thanks in advanced
