In the Haynes they name this: " filter element.

In his 20 years career he just sold this part 3 times.
Don't know if there's a difference after,
but i never worry when i changing parts name FILTER

For reassembly this little filter you'll need to press the module. Like a 'C' clip. It's not very hard. I used a mini screwdriver to press the right part on the left and it fall in the hole.
