Question Pedestal RR Adjustment Procedure..?

Well i'm just about due for the Re-Torque of the heads/intake. I can hear a little valve clatter, so i am going to do an adjustment, I lost the booklet that came with my motorsports roller rocker, so could any walk me through it..?

thanx much in advance!!!!
