Pics of my setup
Some people indicated an interest in seeing my steering/interior setup a while back. It's a "handicapped" as mandated for me by the state of Kansas which kinda sucks cuz I'm not really handicapped but whatever. This is my first time trying to post pics so bare with me if they don't show up. The first pic should show the steering setup. The shoe that's visible is attatched to a disc that uses a chain that runs up to the steering column and back to the disc kind of like a bicycle chain. Hence, when I turn the disc with my foot, the steering wheel turns (pretty trick, huh?). The second picture is of my HVAC extensions, the shifter modification/extension, and the center switch console. The center console has switches for everything on the dash (turn signals, headlights, brights, washer fluid, wipers, power windows, trunk release, fuel door release, etc.). I just figured I'd put these up because everyone who's seen the setup thinks it's cool as hell and I garauntee you'll never see anything exactly like it since the work was all custom done. I'll also throw in a pic of the car for good measure. A big thanks to Kansas taxpayers for footing the $12K bill for all the mods. Hehe.

It's REALLY neat.
I know because I've experienced it firsthand. I have ridden in it .... AND---I've been given the opportunity to drive it. It sounds really mean and tough too. It kicks @$$ One day, my car and his car are going to get married...LoL -Amelia ------------------ 66 coupe... Girl who needs car help, likes to learn, and isn't afraid of getting dirty.
