I would say yes use one, when ya twist that engine I bet the disc moves the input shaft if it was a 4 clyinder maybe, think of a disc gettin 300hp turning between a bearing on each end.

You cannot run a manual transmission without one.

Tremec TKO and SPEC stage 4 clutch, Steeda Tri-Ax shifter. 508.2rwhp / 465rwtq SAE corrected, with 14# of boost.
