hey pkrwd FIXED!!
today i changed the plug wires, had my friend make me an egr blockoff out of some sturdy aluminum, funny thing is the car acts like actually had too much vacuum, i created a minor leak poking a hole in one of the caps i have, i cant hear it whistle any louder than my bbk tb also we played with the idle screw, rseting the ecm several times........thanx alot for the help. also i cleaned the pin connectors, seems to be idleing fine after the vacuum and egr changes though.

so much stress off my shoulders, now if only the spurs can pull this game off lol
