Default Please Help!! Car Wont Run! I Need It

Hey, i am in need of some help here guys. Ok, first off its a 5.0 with an AOD tranny. It drives fine in 1st gear but once it hits second gear, the gas pedal loses all pressure and it wont run over 35, with the pedal to the floor!!! I need my car to get me to school, badly. My grandpa had a similar problem and it turned out to be a fuel filter, could this be it? It feels like im losing fuel pressure. The car revs fine in neutral and park, just from second gear on out, the pedal feels like it is hanging there from a string. It wont produce high rpms either. PLEASE HELP! THANKS GUYS!
