Post PLEASE HELP! I NEED IDEA'S (long)

Ok here goes....I have a 1990 GT convertible with a AOD from California(I am in MI) The car seems to lose power only sometimes. The best way to describe it is it feels like someone is pulling off spark plug wires and putting them back on while I am driving. This only happens sometimes. I can let the car sit all night and drive to work and it runs fine. An hour later it runs like crap, you can even hear the difference when driving it. here is what is done to the car. AC and Smog pump are off along with the purge canister and clutch fan. stock intake heads motor with 120000 miles on them. I put 24# injectors with a C&L 73mm mass air cal for the 24#. It has BBK shorties, off road H-pipe and 2 chamber flows dumped.Has a densecharger cold air system on it.Timing I believe is at 14*. I have NGK ur45(6945)plugs in it and already put two sets of stock motorcraft ASf42c in it. also has a msd 6al and blaster 3 coil the car ran the same way with stock ingnition.I had brand new FMS 9mm plug wires on it and switched to accel 300 race 8.8mm plug wires. I switched the distributor out. Set the TPS. EGR is capped(vacume)and the sensor is plugged in but when I unplug it, it runs the same. Cleaned the IAC motor.Fuel pressure is set at 39psi at idle(I lowered and raised no change)Does not smoke or leak any oil. Ran the codes came up with EGR-TPS-And purge canister codes.I also changed the fuel filter and put a new cap and rotor. CAN ANYONE PLEASE GIVE ME ANY MORE IDEAS BEFORE I PULL THE MOTOR OUT AND GET READY FOR NEXT YEAR????

I think you have way too much injector for that combo. Why did you put 24lb injectors on it?

i second that, you don't need 24lb injectors. you said it gives you a tps code, have you checked that?

I forgot to put the msd 6al and blaster 3 coil the car ran the same way before I put the msd and blaster coil on. I had the injectors and meter off another car just laying around so I threw them in, I was going to spray the car but not now because it won't run right. You think I should put the 19#'s back in and the stock mass air?

This may sound stupid but have you checked all the spark plug wires and made sure that they aren't getting burnt by the headers. I had the same problem and it was a wire that had melted, some times it ran fine and other times it didn't. I wouldn't worry about the injectors.

I put a brand new set of FMS wires on and then switched with some accel's that were off a running car. I give up.
