Last time this happened to me, i hit a bump and my battery terminal came loose, not off, but loose.
also, like mentioned, could be alt, one time my regulator went out on the alt.
man i almost gave up on my car, thank goodness thes fine people here on this site talked me out of it, cuz im having more fun then ever with my stang......good luck, probaly something simple
