Default Plug on the side of engine block

I have a quick question.....

I am trying to take out a plug on the side of the engine block and I can not get it to budge one bit... Does anyone have any ideas?

It is one of those hex type plugs so the inside of the plug is starting to round out a little because of how hard I have been pulling on that thing. I was using a breaker bar and NOTHING!! Is there anything that will help me break that sucker loose?

Oh by the way the block was painted too. SO there is a little paint over ther portion that sticks out of the block.....

Thanks
